energy drink TAKOVERRRR

Energy drinks have become so popular you can see them in the hands of students on campus and pick one up almost anywhere. Now, I am all for drinking coffee and tea to help you wake up in the morning, but I have always had a bad feeling about energy drinks. Every one of them has a strange metallic taste that I know can't be good to put in your body. Looking at the list of ingredients on the can there are at least 20 different ingredients, mostly of names no one could pronounce. Some even have warning labels to not consume the drink if you more than 15 pounds overweight. Seems a little suspicious to me.
I am by no means a scientist, but I do have a theory about these peculiar drinks. I predict that regular consumers of energy drinks will find out in 10-15 years from now that they've developed something bad like a weird new form of cancer. Putting harmful, unknown ingredients in your body on a daily basis HAS to have some kind of serious consequence to your health, and because this is the first generation to do so no one really knows what will happen with long term consumption. Anyways, moral of my story, stick to good ol' coffee or tea when you want a little boost in your day.
